Paper shades are great for the crafter with endless ways to decorate, add lace at the top & bottom, punch designs in them to allow light of the design to show through. Add a favorite sticker, stencil, paint on them and I am sure you can find many other ways to decorate them. But of course you can just clip these onto a candle lamp/chandelier just the way they are.
These look like they are material covered, you almost have to touch them to feel that they are paper shades, at least I did when these arrived to me.
All my plain color paper shades are the same color inside as they are outside, unless otherwise stated.
